Seating: The Roman Royal Ride can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 small children. (Note: Small children are under the age of 8.)

Event Rentals: Book the Rome Royal Ride for your next event. Our driver will transport the Rome Royal to your event.
– The carriage is accessible throughout Downtown Rome on roads 25 mph or less (in accordance with local ordinances).
– Our driver has elegant attire that compliments the charm of the carriage.

Roman Royal Rentals  

• $100 for a minimum of one hour
• $100 refundable deposit required to book a date
• Rentals must be held inside Rome and Floyd County (with the exception of Barnsley Gardens)
• Rentals outside of Historic Downtown Rome require a carriage transportation fee: Add $50 inside Rome city limits, Add $75 within Floyd County
• There are additional charges for holiday rentals
• Bookings are not confirmed until the Roman Royal Godmother has secured a driver

Additional Requirements

• All children must be accompanied by an adult when riding in the carriage
• We reserve the right to refuse service due to any concerns for passenger safety

Roman Royal Evening Carriage Rides – Special Dates

Roman Royal ticketed rides are offered on select dates around special holidays including:
– Holiday Lights Season
– New Year’s Eve
– Valentine’s Day – Book Now
– Mother’s Day

Note: One Ticket is $30 and covers the total cost of a 20 minute experience for 4 adults. All experiences are private, you will not share the experience. Please no food or drink; all children must be accompanied by an adult. You will pick a date/time from provided options. Rides last approximately 20 minutes.

– Glide through the historic streets of Downtown Rome

– Each Roman Royal Carriage Ride can accommodate up to 4 adults (or 2 adults & 3 children under the age of 8).

– Our impeccably dressed driver is dedicated to ensuring your journey is perfect, every time.

– All carriage rides depart from and return to Mitchell Plaza (by the fountain).

– Tipping your driver is highly encouraged!

Please no food or drink, all children must be accompanied by an adult. There are no refunds unless the carriage ride is cancelled due to weather. Please arrive on time, the driver stays on a strict schedule of pre-booked carriage rides and cannot extend or change your pre-booked time slot. Thank you for your understanding!
