Children entering Georgia public schools for the first time must present proof of required immunizations (Available at Floyd County Health Department located at 16 E 12^th Street; 706-295-6123), as well as proof of eye, ear, and dental exams.  Students wo were enrolled previously should present their last report card or transcripts.
