Rome Shakespeare Festival & Renaissance Fayre

Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Rome Shakespeare Festival with A Midsummer Night’s Dream!
This free festival is made possible thanks to sponsorship support through table reservations.

The theater troupe will be performing “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” the first title performed at the festival 10 years ago.

The festival will be a five-day-long affair beginning Wednesday, with the cast performing “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” every night. The production will begin with the children’s program at 6:30 p.m. and the adult performance at 7:45 p.m. at Bridgepoint Plaza in Downtown Rome.

Family Day will also feature various performances on the main stage, starting at 1 p.m. with a children’s performance of “Midsummer” at 3:30 p.m. and the main show at 4:45 p.m.
