Newly renovated guest suite with keyless entry and separate from main living quarters. Located on a quiet country road, but minutes away from Berry College, Tennis, Airport, and Hospitals. Full of natural light and a beautiful sunset view, the room can be darkened with blackout curtains for sleeping. Guest suite is private room above 3-car garage. Not connected to owners’ living space. Please note there are 20 risers on the flight of stairs instead of standard 13 risers since the garage ceiling is high.
