Chances are you’ve walked by and seen Sellers Gourmet Eatery, the newest addition to Broad Street. After a wait that certainly seemed like forever, we finally have the newest addition to Downtown Rome!
The Sellers Reuben
If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on a great new addition! Sellers Gourmet Eatery is most like a deli featuring gourmet sandwiches, burgers and paninis.
Let’s get right down into the great things about them first: The paninis are excellent, made with their own focaccia blend, and if you were new and getting a panini, definitely pick up The Dante, made with turkey, bacon, swiss, roasted red peppers, chipotle mayo and tomato; all coming together for a fantastic flavor! Another great option is The Godfather with ham, salami, pepperoni and more plus their zesty Italian drizzle.

Another great option are one of their burgers. From the Jacket Burger with bleu cheese crumbles and caramelized onions to their namesake burger with a tomato stuffed with cream cheese. Or you want to turn up the heat with their Brave Heart Burger or go big with the Cheese-Oh-Nater, it’s hard to go wrong with any of these.
Say you don’t really want to push the culinary boundaries. That’s fine, you do you. You can go for the Classic Chicken Salad or the Reuben, both of which are excellent, to which some of my colleagues can testify.
Finally, probably the best thing about Sellers is how late they are open. Seriously, Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Couple that with excellent service and you have another top notch offering in our growing Downtown!
