Flanigen to Sign Books at Rome-Floyd Visitor Center
ROME, GA. — The Last Stop Gift Shop will host a public book signing on Monday, December 22 to feature local author and photographer Gena Flanigen as she signs her new book: “Majestic: The Bald Eagles of Berry College”.
Two years in the making, the book offers 128 pages of beautiful photographs documenting the majestic lives of two bald eagles as they fly, hunt and nest each season in the canopies of Berry College. The work also includes a special feature on the mated pair’s offspring.
Zane Cochran who designed the book says, “Readers are offered an extensive look into the lives of these beautiful creatures captured elegantly through the eyes of photographer Gena Flanigen.”
Flanigen will sign copies of her book from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Copies will be available for purchase and light refreshments will be served.
