Jackson Hill Sasquatch Sighting

Following recent Sasquatch sightings on Jackson Hill, Georgia’s Rome has partnered with TRED Rome/Floyd County on a special Sasquatch Research Expedition.

The legend of Bigfoot has roamed the hills of Northwest Georgia for generations. Georgia’s Rome and TRED invite brave explorers to join a group of top researchers on an exclusive hunt for the elusive creature later this month.

Sasquatch was first spotted on Jackson Hill by TRED volunteer, Brad Foote, earlier this year. Foote stated, “I was clearing a log that was blocking the trail when this large dark figure walked down off the hill, across the trail, and down into the woods. I knew it was Bigfoot.”

Georgia’s Rome and TRED’s Sasquatch Expedition will be April 31, 2025, from 5-7 AM on the Jackson Hill Trail. The search will be led by a team of top researchers from the Southern Bigfoot Collective.

SBC President, Mark Myoma, will be among the group and will demonstrate a variety of techniques and equipment used by Southern Bigfoot Collective in their research. “It’s important that the public is aware of the Sasquatch and learns to respect it as an apex predator (Myoma).”

The expedition is free for the public to join; however, Georgia’s Rome and TRED ask that you call and reserve your spot. To reserve, call 1-800- APRIL FOOLS!!!
