 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Event listings needed for fall and winter calendars

ROME, GA. — The Greater Rome Convention & Visitors Bureau (GRCVB) is seeking calendar submissions for fall and winter events taking place in Rome and Floyd County this year.

Approved events will be marketed by the GRCVB in publications and advertisements, and may also be submitted to the tourism division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development for the statewide calendar of events.

To be included in the fall-winter printed calendar, the GRCVB must receive the submission by September 18, 2013 for all events spanning from September 22 until December 31, 2013. All events must be submitted electronically on www.romeevents.org.

Events must fall within the requirements of the GRCVB calendar policy, which can be obtained from the Rome-Floyd Visitor Center.
