July 12: This laid back trip down the Coosa River will be led by Jesse Demonbreun-Chapman. Executive Director & Riverkeeper at Coosa River Basin Initiative who will highlight biological features and animal identification on the river. Find out what makes the Coosa one of America’s most biologically diverse river systems!

August 2: This laid back trip down the Coosa River will detail some of the history of how Rome has been shaped by the rivers through the centuries. Presented by Rome Area History Center.

September 6: Take a cruise back to the 1860s as reenactors recreate an actual skirmish on the Coosa River. Historian Selena Tilly will be on board to share historical tidbits and tell how the rivers were involved in the war effort for both sides. Presented by Rome Area History Center.

October 18: Haunted River Tour. Climb on board the a spine-tingling look into Rome’s haunted nautical past. Presented by Rome Area History Center.
