New Years Eve Fireworks

The Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Department will host a New Year’s Eve Fireworks presentation sponsored by Atrium Health Floyd for the fourth consecutive year.

Once again, the fireworks will be launched from Jackson Hill, starting at approximately 7:30 p.m. Dec. 31.

You can view the fireworks from around Rome; Ridge Ferry Park is a great place to view the show.

The ice skating rink at Ridge Ferry Park will also be open.

The fireworks display again will be produced by Zambelli Fireworks from New Castle, Pennsylvania, one of the oldest fireworks companies in the United States.

Atrium Health Floyd and Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation have a partnership that also includes the July Fourth Fireworks and Patriotic Party in Ridge Ferry Park, the Leprechaun-a-thon 5K Road Race and Health Walk in March and The Paper Doll 5K in October.
