By posting or commenting on any website, social media platform, or app managed by the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism, you participate by your own choice, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username, and any information you provide therein. The Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism maintains several digital communication channels for the purpose of engaging and interacting with visitors, promoting tourism and local experiences, and sharing timely updates and information related to Rome, Georgia.
LIMITED PUBLIC FORUM
All digital communication channels managed by the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism are designated as Limited Public Forums. The office welcomes individuals’ rights to express opinions and encourages the public to keep comments relevant to the topic in question. Posting of any content on any social media platform, website, or app used by the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism, by any visitor, follower, subscriber, or fan, constitutes acceptance of the terms of use described in this policy.
For purposes of this policy, digital communication channels include any website, social media platform, or app offered to the public that provides audio, video, photos, written communication, or other forms of interaction between the public and representatives of businesses, organizations, or departments.

Engaging, responding to, or commenting on Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism digital platforms does not constitute an endorsement of actions or opinions.
A comment posted by a member of the public on any Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism platform is the opinion of the individual poster and does not imply agreement with, or endorsement by, the office. Such comments do not necessarily reflect the official views or policies of the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism.
MODERATION OF CONTENT
The digital platforms managed by Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism are intended to be welcoming and family-friendly. When applicable, moderation tools provided by platforms may be used to limit offensive or inappropriate content. The office actively monitors its platforms and reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
