Founded in 1976, the Rome Area Council for the Arts (RACA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enriching the Greater Rome community through the unifying power of the arts. RACA supports local artists and arts organizations through advocacy, education, and outreach, while promoting a vibrant arts scene with year-round programs and signature events.
