Big Gay 5k Run & Walk

We Invite you to join us for the 2nd Annual “The Big Gay 5K & 1Mi. Pride Stride!”  The 5K race will be held Saturday morning, March 21st, 2026 at 9:00 AM.  The 1 Mile Pride Stride will begin at 9:45 AM.

The fundraiser is for Rome GA Pride. We are a nonprofit and any funds we raise go to help the local LGBTQIA+ community.  The Big Gay 5K/1Mi. is an event raising funds for Pride (the festival is in June). We encourage people to show their Pride at the race!! We want it to be bright and fun, so people can show their true colors, show their pride, and be themselves in a safe space. All are welcome to participate and have fun!

Race Registration Fees:

*$30 — 5K — Pre-Registration Entry Fee / $40 Day of Race
*$25 — 1 Mile — Pre-Registration Entry Fee / $35 Day of Race

PLEASE NOTE: T-shirt size is Guaranteed if you REGISTER by WEDN., MARCH 11th.  (While registration will still remain open until Sun., MARCH 15th, we simply cannot guarantee you get the shirt size you want beyond March 11th.)   Register EARLY!!
