Blooms Floral Studio

Hidden away on a side street in the Historic Downtown District of Rome Georgia, floral designer Janice Winterboer opened a oasis of beautiful flowers and white glove service.

She is known for creating signature arrangements with seasonally inspired and artistic combinations of botanical colors and textures.

The staff, all from horticultural or design backgrounds, excel in setting refined standards that enrich each client’s consultation- whether for a simple floral thank you, a dinner party or planning a grand affair.
