Superstar of Service Awards

The Superstar of Service award program honors employees in the local hospitality and service industry who go above and beyond normal expectations. In these special times, the hospitality industry continues to remain strong in Rome and Floyd County and we want to recognize employees who provide the finest customer experience. This award is presented to the front-line employee who receives the highest reviews from visitors and residents. These are the individuals who give our town a great name!

Who is eligible for the Superstar of Service Award?

Anyone who lives or works in Rome or Floyd County is eligible for the award. The hospitality industry encompasses hotels, restaurants, retailers, services, and attractions. Any employee who shows great hospitality in a role where they often engage with the public may be nominated.

How Are Winners Selected?

Members of the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism Board will select the winners based on nominations received by the deadline.

How do I nominate someone for the award?

Simply fill out and submit the online form.

Nomination forms may also be submitted via mail. For mail-in nominations, please provide the following: Nominee’s Name, Title, and Employer. Describe the exceptional service that the person you are nominating provided. Include your name, phone number and the city where you reside.  Mail the written or typed nomination to the Georgia’s Rome Tourism Office: 402 Civic Center Drive, Rome, GA, 30161.

Nominations will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2022. Winners will be locally recognized with a special community presentation.
