Guided by a pelvic floor physical therapist and yoga teacher, you’ll spend 90 minutes learning, breathing, moving, and reconnecting — through community education, meditation, and a gentle yoga flow designed with your pelvic floor in mind. We’ll close with warm herbal tea and time for the questions you’ve been carrying.
