Throughout the year, the Greater Rome Convention & Visitors Bureau will honor front-line employees in the local hospitality and service industry. The Superstar of Service award honors employees who go above and beyond normal service expectations. These are the employees who provide the finest experience to visitors and residents of Rome & Floyd County.
This quarterly award is presented to the front-line employee who receives the highest reviews from visitors and residents. The Board of Directors of the Greater Rome Convention & Visitors Bureau will select the winner based on nominations submitted. Winners receive a prize package from the GRCVB, a trophy and local recognition.
Anyone who lives or works in Rome or Floyd County is eligible for the award. The award is not limited to the hospitality industry. All employees who regularly interact with the public may be nominated.
