Chieftains Museum/Major Ridge Home announces the new exhibit, ''Views of Chieftains". Chieftains started as a log cabin about 200 years ago, then it was a plantation house about 150 years ago and then in 1928 it changed to the current house. Come and share the views of different artists of this beautiful old home. In addition to recognized artists, we have artwork of the house done by area school children. Learn some facts about one of the most interesting houses in the area! January 19th - April 12, admission: $5.00 adults, $3.00 senior citizens and $2.00 students.
